I roast using a Behmor and these are my go to for a consistent smooth cup of coffee. I don't like fruity or flowery tastes so this is the perfect bean for me. I roast to a medium just before 2nd crack and cool them quickly. With Brazil beans there is always a lot of chaff and a little more smoke. So if that doesn't bother you this is the bean you need.

I roasted this to a Full City roast in a Gene Cafe Roaster (preheat, 400 until browning, then full 482).
The aroma is sweet and spicy, but the flavor is chocolate and walnut as described. Not crazy complex, but very hearty and ZERO decaf flavor. I like the simplicity of it. I'm amazed at how smooth it is.

This is my go-to decaf right now. I've tried several (Ethiopia, Guatemala, Honduras, Venezuela), and while all were good, this one seems bullet-proof for the taste I'm looking for. City to City+ puts the flavor and mouth feel exactly where I want it. I roast 110 g with a Fresh Roast 540 at a time. Every one I serve it to, whether they want black, sugar only, cream only, or "latte" loves it. Smooth, low acidity, but good coffee aroma and flavor.

My first try with a decaf and was quite pleased with the smooth chocolate flavor. It also worked well with a blend with the Dominican Ramirez Estate honey process coffee for a half cafe coffee.

I am blown away that a decaf could taste this good. Roasted to a city+, it has a slight citrus and nutty flavor while maintaining a sweetness as well. Very happy with it and will certainly purchase more. Nobody to whom I have served this coffee had even a thought that it might be decaf!

This is a big hit with our Decaf drinkers. It has a great flavor. Revelation of coffee without the caffeine.

This is the best decaf coffee we have been able to find. It has a lot of flavor that is rich and warm. We love it!!

One of the better decafs I've purchased from Coffee Bean Corral. Pronounced sweetness followed by chocolate and nuttiness makes this decaf a winner. I roasted mine to FC+, which I feel adequately highlights the Brazilian characteristics of the coffee.
