Tried this earlier in the year, loved it very much. One of my top 3 favorites. Decided to get more to roast for gifting to friends at Christmas.

Very satisfying. Perfect morning coffee. I can make it stronger for cappuccino and regular for everyday.

best coffee ever. Have requests from friends to roast it for them and sent it.
Glad that the Holiday is still around, tho the new name had us floundering a bit till we figured out it was the same.
