I'm still a noob at roasting and am just using a hot air popper. I roasted a sample of this blend and it was pretty good. An experienced roaster with better equipment would probably make it outstanding.

Wow..! Delicious cup of coffee...! I’m new to coffee home roasting, though took this blend in between first and second crack when roasting. The blend is great and compliments all breakfast food. Looking forward to other blends as the seasons change....!

I'm prefacing my review with, I've only roasted a few batches.......... I roasted this one, the Highlands, till it was between milk and dark chocolate as a first roast. It's good, in my humble opinion, but not yet great in a medium light roast, but I'm taking it a bit beyond second crack to next time to see....... .
